video slideshow generator

Hi,
How can we export  images as video slideshow?
Are there any libraries which we can use for this.?

I know that opengl can be used to make slideshow with images but i am not sure how to export them to video.

We don't think OpenGL here is possible here to generate video effect,
excepted if you know a way to export OpenGL output to video media.

I thinking somethink like this tool, unmaintainned now :

Hi,

I found a link:

using mencoder we can export images to mpeg-4 and also cd and dvd compatible files

Can we use such a thing in background using QProcess .(may be we can find a better programn than mencoder later)

What about ffmpeg

It's cross-platform solution so it will work in windows also.
video slideshow generator can be done with ffmpeg using Qprocess.
