svn server down?

For a few times today I tried to update my digikam sourcefiles from svn. But I
can't get a connection.

# svn update libs/nl
svn: Can't connect to host 'anonsvn.kde.org': Connection refused

Is the server down? Or is there maybe a problem at my side?

All fine here, but as a developer I'm not using the anonsvn server...
So maybe there is a problem with this one?
