Hi.
I'm trying to correct vignetting of my lens, but it's grayed out, and i cant enable it. I've added lens vignetting data to lensfun database and it's work in darktable. what I do: 1) select raw photo 2) press F4 3) selecting import options 4)enhance->lens->auto-correction use metadata is selected, and correct lens and shoot parameters is correctly detected. only subject distance is zero. Any way all corrections except vignetting are enabled. When I switch to manual mode, set all the parameters including subject distance, vignetting is active, but correction is rather strange... you can see this "lines" they come after "correction" of vignetting. can somebody help with this? Thanks. |
Hi,
the graphic interference are now be fixed in digiKam 4.11.0. The grayed out checkbox I can not repruduzieren when data for the correction of vignetting exist. Can you share a image and the changes to the lensfun database? Maik Am Sonntag, 31. Thanks for the lensfun.xml and the image. Right, the object distance is zero
in the EXIF from the image. The object distance is for the vignetting correcting a required value, since it is null, the selection box is grayed out. In digiKam 4.11.0 the manual settings are now stored (aperture, focus, object distance if valid, from the current image). A value for the object distance can now be set, which is saved. FWIW, the Lensfun docs suggest a value of 1000 for the distance if it is not known.
