expunging rpaths, libs/imageproperties/markerclusterholderplugin/MarbleMacros.cmake

I'm curious about the origins of the rpath cmake code in
libs/imageproperties/markerclusterholderplugin/MarbleMacros.cmake
and why it's there.  As far as I understand things, this should all be
handled by FindKDE4Internal.cmake properly already.

Fwiw, I'm hoping to get to the point of being able to generate patch-free
kde packaging free of needless rpaths.

I copied this file one-to-one from here (don't remember which exact
revision, but if you solved the problem for Marble already, you don't
have to solve it twice):
