Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open image editor

Actual Results:  
Menus are empty.

Expected Results:  
Menu items (e.g. add text in menu decorate) should be visible and executable.

The software does not hang or crash.

Try to remove this folder: C:\Users\%Username%\AppData\Local\kxmlgui5\digikam

For Linux rename / remove this folder: $USER/.local/share/kxmlgui5/digikam

Pushed by cgilles into branch 'master'.

With 5.2.0 release Image Editor tools plugins interface was been removed to
integrate distectly all tool in editor core implementation.
All actions managed by previous plugins can break emain editor menu if user has
managed toolbar contents with these actions.
Renaming all older action from plugins with menu prefix must fix this problem
in all cases.
