I have lots of pictures with GPS information. It worked fine in older versions
of digiKam, but In 4.12 GPS does not work. GPS (globus) is not shown on the
left, in the middle and also not in the right sidebar. What is to do? It's
digiKam or KIPI?

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
GPS information should be processed in 4.12

No. It's Exiv2 library in the background certainly.

In all case, use last 5.0.0 which is last stable now, not older 4.12.0...
