When assigning names to images, the popup window obscures the image that is
being tagged.
If the dialog box is moved so that it's top co-incides with the bottom of the
thumbnail it would be awesome.

This is especially troublesome on zoomed out, or small icons.

Reproducible: Always

place face assignement overlay widgets behind image information area to prevent
to hide face thumbnails while tagging.

Pushed by cgilles into branch 'master'.

Improve assign face tag widget behavior.
Use information view below pixmap in all cases.
Depending of icon-view item options enabled in setup, the free space to use can
be different.
We can continue to show the widget behind bottom of thumbnail view.
