In metadata template there is a selection of countries.
SCG - Serbia and Montenegro

According to ISO 3166 (https://www.iso.org/obp/ui/#iso:code:3166:RS) it should
be Serbia.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Settings > Template
2. Swtich to tab Location
3. Open dropdown Country, scroll to Serbia

Actual Results:  
SCG - Serbia and Montenegro

Expected Results:  
Item in dropdown list should be Serbia
