I want to see the full sized raw preview and without auto-exposure. digiKam
let's me set neither option.

As I reported in another ticket, demosaicing the full 10 megapixel raw takes
around 150ms using "fast demosaic" and about 350ms using the great quality
"AMaZE demosaic".
