There was an issue some time ago where I couldn't shrink the thumbnail panel in
the albums view unless i detached it and dropped it back into place, then it
would allow me to shrink it more. Now I found the same issue with the thumb bar
in the Light Table.

Initially I cannot shrink the thumb bar. If I pop it out and drop it back in,
then it allows me to shrink it.

Reproducible: Always
