https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=340141

            Bug ID: 340141
Summary: White Balance: Unable to specify exposure compensation
                    > x.5
           Product: digikam
           Version: 4.3.0
          Platform: Debian testing
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Batch Queue Manager

The exposure compensation dialog doesn't allow to specify exposure compensation
value > x.5

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
example target E.V.: 1.8

1. Create a batch queue
2. Add white balance tool
3. Introduce main E.V. of 1.8

3a. Introduce main E.V of 2.0
4a. Specify -0.2 as fine E.V.

Actual Results:
main E.V. is reset to 1.0 and fine E.V is set to 0.5

Expected Results:
compound E.V. should be 1.8
