crash when closing program

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open digikam
2. close digikam
3.

Actual Results:  
crash windows pops up
crash can't reported with te wizard. Wizard reports I'm not loged in even if I
log in in the steps before.

Expected Results:  
1. Digikam should not crash when closing
2. Bug wizard should corectly log in for bug reporting.

Second crash report

Same procedure as before but this time only a very short browsing before
closing the program-
