Bug ID: 318200 Summary: Toolbar nearly unusable after upgrading to digiKam 3.10 Classification: Unclassified Product: digikam Version: 3.1.0 Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: [hidden email] Reporter: [hidden email] There is no "help"-option. I cannot enter a bug-report Arranging toolbars does _not_ offer all required options Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. start digiKam 3.10 2. try to address/select geolocations: you dont find a possibility 3. try to address/select bug-report: you dont find a possibility ... and so on Expected Results: should work at least as good and intuitive as it was in digiKam 3.0 This is a major issues, as it prevent users even from seriously trying out digiKam 3.10. As long as some basic options do not work, there is a high risk, that people loose their interest in to using digiKam!! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Digikam-devel mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-devel |

Hansen <[hidden email]> --- Hi Axel, thanks for still posting the bug report, even if your preferred way is unavailable. I am not sure I understand where the options are missing. Is your menu bar not shown? Could you please provide a screenshot? Best regards, Michael -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. _______________________________________________ Digikam-devel mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-devel |

--- Comment #2 from Axel Krebs <[hidden email]> --- Hi Michael: I needed to reconfigure all manually: setting from previor version would not be reproduced/reused. Help is missing... bug tracking is missing... Minor issues with huge importance, I guess! Axel #Am 11.04.2013 19:36, schrieb Michael G. Gilles Caulier <[hidden email]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[hidden email] --- Comment #3 from Gilles Caulier <[hidden email]> --- To show menu bar, try CTRL + SHIFT + M or CTRL + M Sound like you have updated a component from KDElibs which give this side effect in client application... I already seen this problem on my computer before...
