Thanks,
It's installed from Philip5 PPA on Ubuntu 14.10. I still have the inoperative Soft proofing matter in editor. As I never had some answer about that, Is it best to open a bug file or some people here could help me to see from where can come this matter ? Hello,
I just started compiling dk 4.5.0 and the dependencies results indicate me that I have not installed baloo: -- libbaloo found........................... Installed Baloo is binary package. You need devel packages with header
files to compile. Hello Gilles,
on my system the baloo-dev package is installed. A bit confusing for me is that the boostrap script for dk 4.4.0 found the baloo libraries. Are there any changes between version 4.4.0 and 4.5.0 related to baloo? The properties dialog in my packge manager shows that the following files are installed related to the baloo-dev package: /. /usr /usr/include /usr/include/baloo /usr/include/baloo/core_export.h /usr/include/baloo/file.h /usr/include/baloo/file_export.h /usr/include/baloo/filefetchjob.h /usr/include/baloo/filemodifyjob.h /usr/include/baloo/filemonitor.h /usr/include/baloo/indexerconfig.h /usr/include/baloo/pim /usr/include/baloo/pim/contactcompleter.h /usr/include/baloo/pim/contactquery.h /usr/include/baloo/pim/emailquery.h /usr/include/baloo/pim/notequery.h /usr/include/baloo/pim/pim_export.h /usr/include/baloo/pim/query.h /usr/include/baloo/pim/resultiterator.h /usr/include/baloo/query.h /usr/include/baloo/queryrunnable.h /usr/include/baloo/result.h /usr/include/baloo/resultiterator.h /usr/include/baloo/searchstore.h /usr/include/baloo/taglistjob.h /usr/include/baloo/term.h /usr/lib /usr/lib/cmake /usr/lib/cmake/Baloo /usr/lib/cmake/Baloo/BalooConfig.cmake /usr/lib/cmake/Baloo/BalooConfigVersion.cmake /usr/lib/cmake/Baloo/BalooTargetsWithPrefix-debian.cmake /usr/lib/cmake/Baloo/BalooTargetsWithPrefix.cmake /usr/lib/libbaloocore.so /usr/lib/libbaloofiles.so /usr/lib/libbaloopim.so /usr/lib/libbalooxapian.so /usr/share /usr/share/doc /usr/share/doc/baloo-dev /usr/share/doc/baloo-dev/changelog.Debian.gz /usr/share/doc/baloo-dev/copyright Best regards, Jan On 20.11.2014 23:10, Gilles Caulier wrote: > Installed Baloo is binary package. I solved my problem.
According to a commit from the 11 October, baloo depends on KFileMetaData. Here is commit text from Pino Toscano: "cmake: workaround lack in baloo cmake module The Baloo headers require the KFileMetaData headers but its cmake module does not have them as dependency. As a workaround (even to work with older versions) find KFileMetaData on our own, making Baloo really found if KFileMetaData was found too; also, make use of the include directories of KFileMetaData." After installing this package, baloo was found. baloo require kfilemetadata devel package too. But this must be solved
by your installer automatically Gilles Caulier 2014-11-21 17:08 GMT+01:00 Jan Wolter <[hidden email]>: > Hello Gilles, > > on my system the baloo-dev package is installed. > A bit confusing for me is that the boostrap script for dk 4.4.0 found the > baloo libraries.
