batchqueuemanager alpha?

Pau Ruŀlan Ferragut
  hi!

Is there any way you could release an alpha for the batch queue manager
in order to use it on the 0.10?

For example I only need the rename feature. Not having it in the 0.10 version
is a step back in my workflow.

  cheers!

Well no, because the code is not yet finalized, and i need more time to test code indeep.

Ask to [hidden email] mailing list if somebody can port Batch Rename tool. I'm currently too busy to do it.

You can try krename. Much more powerful tool:

Thank you for the tip. The problem is that using krename drops the
idea of having all together but thanks nonetheless.

By associating image extensions with krename you can "open" files you want to
rename from inside of digiKam. It will be accessible from "Open with..." menu.
