What to do if website traffic has dropped sharply

slbadboy
My website traffic has dropped sharply over the past couple of weeks, and I'm at a loss as to what to do. I have a feeling there's something wrong with the search results, but how can I check? Has anyone else encountered this?

You can check your search results using Google Search Console, which provides data on positions and clicks. Look for changes in the queries that were driving traffic. Website analytics, such as Google Analytics, will show you where exactly the traffic disappeared.

A sharp drop in website traffic requires a statistics analysis. Check your web server logs for errors and page caching. Make sure there were no technical hosting failures or indexing issues after search algorithm updates. For example, for systematic traffic management, review the recommendations here https://surfi.site/top-5-traffic-tips.php
