Hello,
I found a small translation bug for german in 0.9.4. In the right tag sidetab in the new input filed for entering new tags there initially should appear the text "Neues Stichwort eingeben" if nothing has been entered yet but at the moment it says "Neuen Stichwort eingeben". Thanks Rainer -- Rainer Krienke, Uni Koblenz, Rechenzentrum, A22, Universitaetsstrasse 1 56070 Koblenz, http://www.uni-koblenz.de/~krienke, Tel: +49261287 1312 PGP: http://www.uni-koblenz.de/~krienke/mypgp.html,Fax: +49261287 1001312 _______________________________________________ Digikam-devel mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-devel signature.asc (201 bytes) Download Attachment |
Hi Rainer,
thanks for your report. I just checked it. The bug is already fixed in SVN. It was fixed about two weeks ago. @Gilles: Will the 0.9.4 release use the most updated translations? The one delivered with 0.9.4 rc1 is pretty old at least for German. The complete proof reading is missing and we checked it in, in the beginning of June :-( Oliver Rainer Krienke schrieb: Hello, I found a small translation bug for german in 0.9.4. the script is correct. What seems to be missing is the complete proof-reading of the german team. I even could not find the check-in message in web-svn any more. It looks like somebody has reverted the check-in. @Thomas: Could you take a closer look what happened there? I'm not so skilled in SVN. All i could see is that your check-in is no longer there... As far as I know, you can not delete a whole revision,
so there must be a logentry of what happened. Even a revert would result in a new commit so this can be clearly seen. Andi Oliver Dörr wrote: > Hi Gilles, > > the script is correct. The proof-reading checking is missing and I've read it a few week ago with my own eyes... I hope that Thomas could clarify it. He had done the proof-reading and checked it in. My local copy of the SVN that i checked out before my holidays had also the proof-reading inside. After doing an svn up it was gone and the reported bug was back. To be honest, I did not know what happened. All I know is that the bug was fixed a few weeks ago and that I could not even see the fix check-in from Thomas in svnlog. This is really strange. I think you have to wait for Thomas to check what
happened... Andi Oliver Dörr wrote: > So why, where is no check in message from Thomas? Obviously I was working on the wrong branch :( I'll have to merge my proof-read translations from stable into trunk/l10n-kde3. This will be a huge load of handwork. How much time do I have until the final tarballs are packed? It'd be really a pitty if all proof reading would be lost for this release :( Cheers Thomas PS: Please CC me, I'm not on the list. _______________________________________________ Digikam-devel mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-devel signature.asc (196 bytes) Download Attachment |
sad to hear that. According to the actual release plan http://www.digikam.org/drupal/about/releaseplan the final release will be 2008-07-06: Final release Oliver Thomas Reitelbach schrieb: On Samstag, 21.
