Tooltips on "Reduced Size Preview" are illegible

I've just noticed the tooltips on my "Reduced Size Preview" images are
illegible.  This is because they are displayed in what appears to be
white text on a pale yellow background.

How do I change this - is there a preferences setting somewhere?

If you are on a GTK+ based graphic environnement (like Gnome or Unity), it's probably the buggy GTK+ to QT graphic engine which is involved.

Try to set it to another option (like oxygen for exemple).

It took me a while to realise that all I needed to change was the
"Widget Style" setting within DIgikam, changing it to Plastique makes
the tooltips legible.

Yes, Widget style was what I want to say, sorry, my Digikam is in french and I don't have Digikam at office.
