KDE code sprint (missing data required)

- finish digiKam KDE4 porting

- improve kipi-plugins KDE4 porting

- create a general purpose export plugin that implements picasa,

flickr, Gallery, etc.

- improve libkipi

- review/freeze the API of libksane

we've found some hotels that can host all at the moment (it depends on

This has changed now, I will be in Europe already on 30th, so I will be traveling within Europe. I haven't decided my itinerary yet but have done some cost analysis and it should be within 250 Euros for me.

My hotel reservations should be from 31/10 to 2/11 - 2 Nights.
