No idea, but i recommend to update to 1.3.0 or better last 1.4.0
(digiKam and kipi-plugins). Note : Facebook tool is a kipi plugin. Facebook export, Piwigo export and the rest works fine 2010/9/7 Marie-Noëlle Augendre <[hidden email]> When browsing the menus, I found this information: -- Sylvain _______________________________________________ Digikam-users mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-users |

Gilles, that's really what I would like to do.
But as said in another topic, I didn't achieve the upgrade with Ubunu 10.04; Digikam didn't work any longer (it didn't run at all!) so I gave up, temporarily I hope and came back to 1.2.0. As for now, I'm looking for another Linux distrib that can keep me more up-to-date with Digikam evolutions, without too much hassle. That packaging question is really an issue for us, not Linux-geeks :/ Marie-Noëlle 2010/9/8 Gilles Caulier <[hidden email]> No idea, but i recommend to update to 1.3.0 or better last 1.4.0 -- Une galerie photos, un blog ... pourquoi pas ? I am now working on Digikam 1.5.0 (same version for kipi-plugins, I guess, but I couldn't find the version number) and can confirm the pictures are always exported to the very same Facebook album.
I have put here : http://picasaweb.google.com/mnaugendre/Digikam?authkey=Gv1sRgCPyhnd-yioOODQ#5544273165922225858 a screen copy of the export window. The album field always displays <auto create> and nothing else. I have been able to create a new album using the "Nouvel album" button, tried the "Reload" button to no avail. All the pictures always go to my "Sur l'eau" album, whatever I do; so each time I have to move the photos manually into the right album afterwards. Here is the link to my photos Facebook page : http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1718849978997&set=a.1718846298905.2098309.1470706503#!/profile.php?id=1470706503&v=photos All the albums are public. I don't know if everybody can access to this page but I think at least Gilles can see it.
