Edit ->Transform->Resize->Try doesn't work ?

Linuxguy123
I am trying to resize some images.

I open the image in the image editor.  I select Transform -> Resize and
adjust the height from 1288 to 280, keeping the same aspect ratio.  (280
is the max size allowed for what I want to do with the image.)

When I press "Try" the image rescales, but its blurry.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug ?

Thanks

If you push 'OK' it will not be blurry. 'Try' just generates a preview of a transformation or filter, I'm not sure why it's blurry but the 'OK' button will work.

The "try" button is just a preview.  Look for an "apply" or an "ok"
button instead to do the actual resize.  On my monitor (1024x768) the
Edit window actually extends a bit off to the right of the screen - you
may need to drag the title bar to get to the buttons on the right side.
