Tom Albers was kind to help out when I was busy and created

        digikam 0.8.2
        digikamimageplugins 0.8.2

as well as

        digikam-doc 0.8.2
        digikamimageplugins-doc 0.8.2

tarballs.  You can download them from

        http://digikam3rdparty.free.fr/0.8.2/

Please test!

If no showstopper is found I'll upload and send
the accouncement out in ~ 24 h ;)

There are no plans for more 0.8.* releases.
Next will be 0.9-beta1.

just downloaded the tarballs. I found that the German documentation of
digiKam and showFoto are missing. I'm a bit surprised because it is
completely translated...

Last change on the po files was three weeks ago. The reasons seems to be
that there was no doc generated from the po files

Is there a chance to generate the documentation and include it into the
tarballs? I've translated every single word on my own and i would be
very frustrated if alls this work will be thrown away.

Mhmm, the index.docbook is also 3 weeks old, so for me it looks fine.
Maybe your release script has flaws.  I'll check, rebuild tonight.

Of course.  That's the reason I send out tarballs to check/test.

from trunk not stable branch

The new tarballs has additional translation for

        de, fr, pl

but sv to had lots of screenshots only in
trunk not stable branch. Well, saves 8 MB ;)

Hi Oliver,

what KDE version are you using?  No problem here with kde 3.5.2.
Can you check (our path maybe different)

$ cd /usr/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/pl
$ grep konqueror-narzednik *
user.entities:<!ENTITY konqueror-narzednik    '<application>Konquerorem</application>'>

I suspect the entity was only recently added to KDE.   CC'ed pl team coordinator.
