[Digikam-devel] Possible bug in camera gui

F.J.Cruz
Hi everybody,

When I donwload pictures from my camera in raw format (NEF files) ande "rotate" option is checked, digiKam crashes with a message that claim that the image is not a JPEG file. This happens if the image needs to be rotate, this is, if the image is in landscape format, digiKam works ok, but if the picture is in portrait orientation and it have to be rotated in accordance with checked option, then app crashes (digikam 0.9-svn).

Can anybody to reproduce it?

Paco Cruz

I suspsect a problem into ExifRotate implementation. There is no test to check
if current image is really a JPEG file.

Can you give me a backtrace please...

Gilles
