Should it be possible to implement function, which exports comments associated with files to separate text or xml file, please? For example:

FILE1.jpg "Comment about this photo"
FILE2.jpg "Comment about another photo"

It will be usable when using external html gallery generator.

In digikam 0.9.0, there is a script named digitaglinktree witch export tag to filesystem.

Perhaps this script or another one can be improved to export comments...
