Hola, soy Paco Cruz, del equipo de desarrollo de digiKam. Deduzco que tu problema es que no se muestran determinados archivos de video, en particular los de extension .mov, pero no se si te refieres a que no se crea miniatura o a cualquier otro aspecto.
