          Severity: normal
           Version: 2.9.0
          Priority: NOR
          Assignee: [hidden email]
Summary: Bad symbolic link / symlink / soft link handling

          Hardware: Fedora RPMs
            Status: UNCONFIRMED

Unlike with regular files, when you add a photo symlink into an album, digikam

Don't know, but that's not the point... Should be transparent to the user, just
like when you add normal image files into albums. It should "just work" :)

With digiKam 5.0.0, this problem is not reproducible.
I close this file now. Don't hesitate to re-open if necessary.
