When I do an export to HTML, some files of the collection are avi files.
Those files show a random frame as thumbnail in the collection.
But they are not copied, neither generated a thumbnail when exported. Having to
do this job by hand.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
The avi files are copied (if requested) and a thumbnail is generated for them.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.38.2
Compiler: gcc-4.5
