Right-clicking on a thumbnail brings up an empty context menu but if I slowly
move the mouse pointer from top to bottom of the context menu, fly-out menus
appear. See attached screenshot.

Reproducible: Always

The versions which are included in the MS Windows installer
(digiKam-installer-1.7-win32.exe)

Go to KDE control Panel, and change Widget Style from CDE to Oxygen, and all
must be fine.

CDE is default widget style set be KDE windows. This one is not the best.

Oxygen style must be the default, as under Linux.
