It would be nice if we could set certain tags as being associated with an
album.  Any image in an album would automatically get the tags associated with
that album (recursively).  This would be permanent, if the images are moved to
a new album the tags would remain unless manually removed.  

This is different than bug 133011.  That idea is about tagging albums
themselves, this idea is about automatically applying certain tags to all
images in an album.
