When setting a new language to the application all behaves as if the
application is about to change it's interface language but when exiting the
language setting menu the interface is still in English. No message is showed
to inform the user how to properly change the language (download and install a
new package).
Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
Open application -> Select Help -> Select Switch Application Languate... ->
choose a language -> Press OK button.
Actual Results:
The language changes only in the language setting area, in the rest of the
application it the UI remains in English.
Expected Results:
The application UI should change the language or to show instructions about how
to really change the language.
