In tree numbers are displayed before letters. In thumb pane the the letters are
before the numbers. E.g.:
In tree:
test
  1test
  2test
  test1
  test2

In panel when clicking on "test" album:
test1
test2
1test
2test

Hmm I can not confirm this, your setup gives me the following order in tree
view and icon view:

test1
test2
1test
2test

Oh I just realized you are using Windows. In this case I can not be sure if the
behavior is equal to Linux...
