Scroll wheel doesn't work while moving images from image view (the middle part
of window) to album folder (the left part of window). Main variant of scrolling
is to move up-down cursor on the top of album view.

What do you mean by "moving"? Drag and drop? Or do you refer to a time while a
move operation is active?

So you select some images in the middle part, press your mouse button on them,
then you drag them to left left part with the intention of dropping them on an
album there? That's drag-and-drop.

The common way to scroll a view while dragging is to move the cursor to the
intended edge, which will trigger automatic scrolling. To expand an item in the
treeview, you hover over it for a certain time.

Yes, but automatic scrolling isn't convinient (it's slow or very accelerated),
i have free wheel button under finger and want use them :)

In 1.2.0 we will be using pure Qt widgets for the album tree views. That means
then, it will work just as it does in all other KDE applications. For lack of a
mouse wheel I cannot test if it does currently.
