I have a number of multi-level tags, around 200 tags total in a max depth of 3
or 4.

If I right click a tag and select "Properties", then change the name, say
"Thanksgiving" to "Thanksgiving 2009".  Once I click ok, the tag list gets
collapsed instead of staying as it was.
