The unsharp mask algorithm in batch processing is taken from ImageMagick. It
has different and confusing parameters compared to the single-picture version
in the kipi-plugins. The latter are more standard (like in gimp or PhotoShop).
So it would be nice to have only the kipi-algorithm in digikam also for batch
processing.

Your explaination are wrong.

kipi version use IM in background.
digiKam use IM algorithm in core lib.

To resume, it's the same code.

digiKam 1.0.0 include now a Batch Queue Manager with Unsharp tool. You don't
need to use kipi version now. settings is the same between editor version and
BQM.

For me this entry is invalid.
