What I was doing when the application crashed:
Upgraded to 4.2.90 and digikam always crashes. The backtrace is NOT the same as
196480 or 196437, though the symptoms are the same.

It's a binary compatibilty issue. KDE 4.3.x is not binary compatible with
4.2.x. It's simple.

To solve it, you need to recompile digiKam & co. To resume, it's a package
problem...
