We need more importing options!

I don't want to always upload my entire card, so I often want to just upload
the last day or two since I don't wipe my card (keep it for backup reasons).

As an example, you can see how ACDSee carries this out (well, if you ask me).
We should copy this process.

Pseudo-Coding:

Pull all dates from files on media and display them in a list that you put a
checkmark next to. Even make it more friendly by giving ranges of dates
(yesterday, today, etc.) but there should be some way to select dates.

I would like to expand this wish:

Make list of files like "details" in file manager with configurable , sortable,
columns (and option to show with and without preview). Columns should be all
possible metadata fields.

It could work both in import dialog and main Album GUI.
