I have archlinux installed with kde 4.2.1 and i have installed digikam 0.10.0
and svn. Both give me the same error from konsole:

"[casa@salita1 ~]$ digikam
digikam: error while loading shared libraries: libkdcraw.so.5: cannot open
shared object file: No such file or directory"

I have also installed libkdcraw-svn with the same output.
Any help please?

well, when you install shared lib, application need to be linked with it. Are
you sure that digiKam use it during compilation ?

Sorry, i dont really know what you mean. I installed 0.10.0 from arch
repositories with pacman, i thought it would work without any editing... Is
there a way to correct it in case its the problem?

A distro package not finding the libraries it wants is a bug in the distro
package.
Please report the problem to the packagers of your distro.
