The right side of the aspect ratio crop panel must be re-sized or scrolled to
see the rest of the options and to make the changes. I would recommend that by
default show all the editing controls.  Also remember the last used panel size
setting.  I also see similar issue in the Enhance menu options also.
The attached screenshot is the best way to describe this.
