I get a lot of such warnings and I'm wondering what is the root cause :

Please attach a JPEG file to this bugzilla entry to test.

I'm not sure if message to the console come from digiKam. I thinking about
Exiv2 library. Which version you use ?

JPEG files still displayable into image editor ?

Yes this is from Exiv2 and yes, we need a sample to see why it gets confused.
Also, did you process the images with any software other than digikam?
