Summary: When I print a Colour.JPG in digikam, a white diagonal
line cuts across the picture, my printer is a
HPDeskjet5150, Set up in Yast with added
                    HPDeskjet_5150_hpijs PPD file
           Product: digikam
           Version: 0.8.2
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: digikam-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: citizenbobsmith ntlworld com

Version:           0.8.2 (using KDE 3.5.5 "release 45.2" , openSUSE 10.2)
Compiler:          Target: i586-suse-linux
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.18.8-0.1-bigsmp

Is there something else I need to do other than select correct printer and PPD file in Yast that can explains why my printed output from Digikam has a thin single white Diagonal line. If I get a picture file from my directory and ask for a printout in Konqueror using Cups it does not create a white line?

Robert,

can you please send ASCII mail to KDE bugzilla? (See http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=143034 for the effects of [some] HTML mailers).

Sorry, but without answers to Gilles question and a test with
an updated digikam (now 0.9.2 is out), we can't do anything on
this bug.
Also I would suspect that this is a printer-driver problem and
not a digiKam problem. Therefore you should also try to print the
file directly and see if the problem is also present.

Closing this as invalid.
Don't hesitate to re-open with new information.
