You're welcome. It makes sense - for me - that Digikam has to make some choice on a first installation.
And the View parameters (Group By, but also Sort By and Sorting Order), apply in the same manner to whatever you're displaying in the main panel, be it calendar, or tags, or ... Not sure as I now have it all working as I need. It might do later on another collection where I take photos in RAW and then create jpegs. However as far as I can tell this problem for me seems resolved. 2014-01-26 Gilles Caulier <[hidden email]> Hi all, Hi Gilles, I sometimes have the problem when I export pictures (TIFF or JPEG) from Darktable to Digikam: Digikam uses the update date instead of the EXIF creation date; in that case, I simply select the picture(s) and re-adjust their date/time using the EXIF as source. There is no recognizable pattern. It just happens from time to time, usually when export from Darktable and/or update of Digikam collections seem to be longer than usual. Don't know whether that could help you! Marie-Noëlle -- _______________________________________________ Digikam-users mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-users |
