wish: if no thumbnail exists, show that there is none

Frank Hommes
Hi,

I could experience this behavier several times:
When a picture doesn't exists anymore (i.e. I deleted it), digikam
sometimes still displays it.
There is always the same thumbnail from a specific picture which is taken.
I don't know if this new thumbnail gets always wrong created with that
picture or if digikam wants to show a thumbnail that doesn't exists and
it can't create it and then always shows a specific thumbnail.

It would be nice if something goes wrong the user could see it (i.e. no
thumbnail picture) but not a picture from his collection that actually
could be there...

Frank

Which digikam version?
Does the deleted picture really disappear when pressing F5 or restarting?

Can be related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=233222
