where to find bugs to solve

Hello,
     I have build digikam on my system and wanted to see the bugs so that I can try to help.So can anyone provide link.
During searching for link I came across this link:https://bugs.kde.org/buglist.cgi?list_id=537018&query_format=advanced&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=CONFIRMED&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&product=digikam
Is it correct?
But it has entries since 2008 which are unsolved.So one should try to solve more recent entries or any of them could be solved.
