Hi, short question, are video thumnails in KDE4/digikam 0.10 fixed already??
this is the only show-stopper for me :-( Thanks, On Wed, Jan 28, 2009 at 1:00 PM, <[hidden email]> wrote: Send Digikam-users mailing list submissions to _______________________________________________ Digikam-users mailing list [hidden email] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/digikam-users |
I think no (here KDE 4.2.2)
video thumbs are provided by KDE API (phonon) which still to do. I hae talk about phonon team one month ago, and code still missing. digiKam is not the only applicaton which need this feature. Look konqueror, Dolphin, or other media management program. video still not previewed. For me video thumbnails work.
I have Ubuntu 9.04, freshly installed. After installing digikam I had no video thumbnails, but installing the package mplayerthumbs fixed this. Hope this helps.
