Hi,
Digikam cannot import photos from my Canon EOS 50D. It can recognize automatically the camera as "Canon Inc Canon Digital Camera" in the Cameras menu, but when I click it nothing happens. I cannot see my camera in Dolphin neither. Any ideas about my problem?? I'm running kubuntu 11.10 AMD64 on an Asus U36J Thanks! The official digikam 2.1.1 packages that comes with (k)ubuntu 11.10 have disabled the feature in Digikam to import images from devices that use gphoto2, like your Canon camera does. /Philip On Dec 27, 2011 9:02 AM, "Gilles Caulier" <[hidden email]> wrote:

Hi,
Actually, with gphoto2 --summary, my camera appears. Any hope that the feature will be incorporated in future releases? EKS On Tue, Dec 27, 2011 at 7:25 AM, Philip Johnsson <[hidden email]> wrote:
