ubuntu 15.10

1/ upgrade from Ubuntu 15.04 to 15.10 results in a non-executable condition for all releases of Digikam and Showfoto.

2/ compiling Digikam 4.14 from tarball will not result in a valid install.

3/ Digikam 4.12 can be installed from Ubuntu repository via synaptec. But will not run. The solution is to downgrade 2 libraries: one is for lensfun; the other I cannot recall. then uninstall digi. then re-install digi ensuring the downgraded libs are used.

This will happen if you have been using my ppa with Ubuntu 15.04 as it have some more updated packages than Ubuntu 15.10 have and don't purge my ppa when upgrading to Ubuntu 15.10 as that new Ubuntu version isn't supported yet.
