[digiKam-users] Missing Themes

Hello.

I have just reinstalled DigiKam (7.2.0) on Windows 10 after rebuilding my machine and the only option under themes is Default.

With the previous install there were lots of themes available.

Do I need to install them separately now? And if so, where do I get them?
