Why is flatpak (in flathub) still at 7.0.0rc when 7.1.0 is latest?

On flathub digikam is still back at 7.0.0rc, not 7.1.0? 7.1.0 has been
available for a long time now? How do we get 7.1.0 available as flatpak
and published to the flathub store?
