Participation in GSoC 2020 with DigiKam

Hello All,

I came across DigiKam, on KDE's GSoC Ideas Page. I really like the application, and I would love to contribute to it! I would like to work on improving the Face Tags Management Workflow, as I have experience in C++/Qt. I'm also willing to learn OpenCV and Neural Net, if required, however I don't have any prior experience with it.
I have built DigiKam from source already. I needed some help on what I should do now, in order to better my understanding of the application. I would be very grateful if I could be assigned some task, related to the project. Otherwise I could start solving bugs related to "Face Tags" on BugZilla. 

I'm currently going through the documentation, and trying to understand the codebase.
