Rebuild thumbnails does not limit itself to album chosen

I needed to rebuild some thumbnails, so selected the Tools->Maintenance
menu entry. Unticked the 'Whole albums collection', ticked the album I
wanted to rebuild for and clicked 'OK'. It took a minute or two to get
going and appeared to process the album as expected, however the process
then carried on, I could see it process image after image, far more than
in the selected album, after an hour or so it had got to 1%.

I'm pretty sure I remember someone posting about this same thing previously.

The build was fresh tonight, just pulled from git.
